Warranty Coverage
Noctu offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all of our products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If a product fails due to a defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion, free of charge.

What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear

• Misuse, abuse, or neglect

• Unauthorized modifications or alterations

• Improper care or maintenance

• Accidents or environmental damage

Third-Party Products
Items manufactured by third parties but sold through Noctu are not covered under this warranty. Please refer to the original manufacturer for any warranty claims on such items.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team at team@noctu.co. Include the following:

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

• A clear description of the issue

• Photos of the product and the area of concern

Our team will review your submission and provide instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for shipping the product to Noctu for inspection. If the product is deemed defective under the terms of this warranty, Noctu will cover the cost of return shipping.
