1. Do you offer government or law enforcement discounts?
No, currently we offer volume-based discounts based on the number of units purchased. Please contact our team directly at team@noctu.co to inquire about eligibility and to receive a quote.
2. How do I place a government or agency order?
To place a government order, please email us at team@noctu.co and select “Government Order” from the inquiry dropdown menu. Our team will guide you through the process, including any required documentation.
3. When will a specific item be restocked?
If an item is currently out of stock, we recommend joining our mailing list for restock notifications. You’ll be the first to know when products become available again.
4. Is there a sizing chart available for the Flex system?
Yes, and No. The Flex and Thoracic Flex are made to be customizable to your needs, one size fits all. The Flex Belt is available in Small, Medium and Large, see sizing chart for details.
5. What platforms are compatible with the Flex system?
The Flex system is designed to be highly adaptable. It works with most modern carriers, including those with internal or external hook-and-loop interfaces.
Note: Some carriers—such as the Ferro Concepts Slickster—may benefit from a loop field tape strip for enhanced compatibility. Email us at Team@noctu.co for questions.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled prior to shipment. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, please contact us as soon as possible at team@noctu.co with your order number.
7. Can I update the shipping address on my order?
Yes, if your order has not shipped, we can update the shipping address. Contact our support team immediately at team@noctu.co with your updated information.
8. Can I modify an existing order?
We’re happy to assist with changes to your order as long as it has not yet shipped. Please email us with your request and order number.
9. Will my armor plates fit in the Flex carrier?
The Flex is compatible with most standard-sized SAPI, ESAPI, and commercial armor plates.
Please note:
Steel plates may add bulk and are not recommended for comfort.
Titanium or specialty plates may fit depending on dimensions and curvature.
If you have specific plate dimensions, feel free to reach out to us for fitment confirmation.
10. How should I clean my gear?
To ensure the longevity of your equipment:
Hand wash only using mild detergent
Air dry/hang dry out of direct sunlight
Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this may damage materials and stitching.
11. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but import duties, taxes, and customs fees (including VAT) are not included at checkout and may be charged upon delivery. NOCTU ships all international orders Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
12. What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns on unused, unwashed items within 60 days of shipment. All returns require prior authorization and may be subject to a restocking fee.
13. My package is delayed or lost—what should I do?
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.

14. What is your warranty policy?
Noctu offers a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear.
